Ceylon Workers Congress leader Arumugan Thondaman says that the people's demands of the plantation sector can be solved after Gotabhaya Rajapaksa becomes the President of the country.
Addressing a series of cluster meetings held in Hatton, Dickoya area today (24), the general secretary of the People's Alliance, Gotabhaya Rajapaksa said, "Mr.
Mr. Thondaman further stated that the majority of the people in the country have got the consent of Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa and that the people of the estate sector can be strengthened by giving President Mahinda Rajapaksa the power to strengthen the country with 70% of the votes.
Mr. Thondaman said that some politicians representing the plantation sector would get the votes of the people in the plantation sector by providing liquor and that they should vote for Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, who is giving his rights without following this method.
Mr. Thondaman said that although some political leaders in the plantation sector had not given the government an additional salary of Rs.
